Guests requiring a confirmation letter from Eurostars Montgomery for visa purposes are subject to a non-refundable fee equal to the entire amount of the reservation. Room service is available on Monday-Friday 11:00-23:00 and during the weekends 11:00-14:00 and 19:00-23:00. Please note that for booking for 3 persons or more different policies may apply.
