The Brusno spas offer a complex curative treatment and relax in its facilities. Curative stays are focused on treatment of circulatory and digestive apparatus diseases, malfunctions of glands with inner secretion and civilization diseases. The spa lies in the central part of Slovakia not far away from Banská Bystrica by the river Hron at 424 m above sea level. It has been a well-known spa resort since 19. Century. Its great location in beautiful coniferous forests, where wells with healing sulphur-hydrocarbonic, calciumsodium, carbonic, hypotonic cold mineral water spring out, gives the spa perfect conditions for treatments of many indications. The basis of the therapeutic treatments consists of drinking procedures supplemented with curative nourishment, pharmacotherapy, and basin and tub baths in tempered mineral water, therapeutical gymnastics and physical therapy. The price of a curative stay includes accommodation, full board, initial and leaving medical examination, and 3 healing procedures per day. Minimum length of stay is 5 nights. The price of a relax stay includes accommodation with half board, initial and leaving examination, and 2 healing procedures per day. The price of accommodation is calculated room per night.
