Located in Île-d'Aix, 300 metres away from the pier, the residence is housed in a historic building (divided into 2 parts), within fortifications. It features well-equipped apartments and a swimming-pool, within a stone’s throw of the beach and of the shops. Board games are offered for free and many other activities are organised on-site. Baked goods can be delivered to your apartment by placing an order with reception the evening before. A bakery menu is available in the apartment and at reception. This service is at an additional cost. Parking is available nearby at an extra cost.

Free private parking is possible on the mainland, in the city of Fouras, for stays of 7 nights or more. Reception opening hours from 08/05/2016 to 02/10/2016: Sunday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00 Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00. If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. Prices include : accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (maximum of 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and research), charges and taxes (except tourist tax and handling fees). Beds made upon arrival and mid-week housekeeping matching the number of occupants in the accommodation are available at an extra cost. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, check-in takes place from 12:00 and check-out is possible until 17:00 (subject to availability - otherwise 12:00). The outdoor heated pool is open from May to September. With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested at an extra charge. The kit includes: 1 cot,1 high chair, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair.
